Depart St. George: 3:30pm

Casino arrival: approx. 4:15pm

Trip 2

Depart St. George: 6:00pm

Each group receives approximately 2.5-3 hours of casino time

Return trips operate on the scheduled shuttle rotation.

Boarding begins 10 minutes before deparute.

48+ hours before departure: Full Refund

24-48 hours before departure: 50% Refund

Less than 24 hours before departure: No Refund

*A cleaning fee of up to $100 may be applied in the event of excessive mess or illness on the vehicle.

Important policies

Departure Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes before departure.

The shuttle leaves exactly on schedule.

This applies to:

  • St. George pickup

  • Casino return pickup

If you are not present at departure:

  • Your seat is forfeited

  • No refund will be issued

Time Reminder Policy

Casinos are fun, and it’s easy to lose track of time

We strongly recommend setting a phone alarm 10 minutes before your scheduled return pickup.

Passenger Responsibility

Casino Run is a transportation service only.

We are responsible for transporting passengers between St. George and Mesquite.

Passengers are responsible for:

  • their own activities inside the casino

  • managing their own time

  • returning to the shuttle on schedule

medical emergencies

Casino Run is not a medical transportation provider.

If a medical emergency occurs:

  • 911 or emergency personnel will be contacted

Passengers traveling with elderly individuals or guests needing supervision are responsible for their care.

Casino Run does not provide passenger supervision.

If a passenger misses their scheduled return:

Casino Run is not responsible for arranging alternate transportation.

The passenger is responsible for their own return transportation.

Q: Where do you pick up? A: For standard pick up, we meet by the Smith’s on West Tabernacle near bluff street. For private parties, we pick up at a location chosen by you (within 15 minutes of St. George).

Q: How long do we stay at the casino? A: 3 hours, which gives you plenty of time to enjoy gaming, dining, or entertainment.

Q: What if I buy one-way and want to come back? A: One-way passengers can return (with cash or Venmo payment), but round-trip customers have priority. We recommend booking round-trip to guarantee your return.

Q: Is your shuttle wheelchair accessible? A: Yes! We have a wheelchair lift and can accommodate one wheelchair passenger. Please indicate wheelchair need when booking

Q: What’s your cancellation policy? A: 48+ hours before trip: full refund. 24-48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund (we can’t fill your seat on short notice)

Q: Can I bring luggage? A: Small personal items are fine. No large luggage please - this is a day trip service.

Q: Do you offer group charters? A: Yes, We’re available Monday-Thursday 11am-6pm and Friday-Saturday 12-4pm. Perfect for golf trips, parties, or special events.

Q: Is smoking allowed? A: No smoking or vaping on the shuttle, please.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? A: Credit/debit cards through our online booking system.
